Futuri Engage

I was tasked with reimagining our white label widget aimed to increase engagement with a radio station. The existing widget was light on functionality so we ideated on many different avenues to increase engagement. I first performed a heuristic evaluation on the existing product and then created simple annotated wireframes to help visualize my thoughts for discussion. Once I received buy-in from ideating on wireframes I was able to create high fidelity mockups. Because users had multiple areas of engagement, and we only had a relatively small footprint on the page, I felt that an accordion UI was the best solution.

Engage is a white label widget that sits on radio station websites that increases engagement. Clients are able to change colors, content and turn functionality on and off. Users have a myriad of engagement opportunities on the song level like voting up songs, voting down songs, sharing songs as well as seeing what songs are about to play. Additional functionality includes live discussions with jocks and other listeners, polls and contesting.
